Job summary

Tweed Shire Council in Murwillumbah seeks a Business Systems Analyst to lead the optimisation of the Property & Rating systems and other critical applications. You will analyse business needs, collaborate with stakeholders across Council and drive digital enhancements to improve service delivery.

Offering a base salary of $102,118–$117,528 per year plus 12% super, a 36-month max-term contract, and flexible work options, this role focuses on governance, change management and delivering innovative

Qualifications

• It professional with degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• Experience supporting enterprise business systems and corporate apps.
• Experience in business analysis in large organisations.
• Experience in project management, data analysis and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and optimisation of Property & Rating systems and other critical applications.
• Partner with stakeholders across Council to analyse needs and deliver IT solutions.
• Assist with delivering complex organisation-wide technology projects.
• Act as liaison between users and software vendors for enhancements and performance.
• Champion change and digital transformation and successful adoption of new systems.
• Provide expert advice on business systems with governance and confidentiality.
