Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee a well-supported portfolio in the Macarthur region, with a mix of residential and commercial properties and the opportunity to take ownership of your role.

You will manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties, supervise leasing and compliance to NSW legislation, handle rent reviews and arrears, and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.

Formación

• Must have current Real Estate Licence.
• Strong understanding of NSW property legislation and compliance.
• Prior experience managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Excellent landlord and tenant relationship management.
• Organised and proactive with ability to handle a busy portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of approx. 200 properties, including some commercial
• Oversee leasing, compliance and legislative requirements

• Conduct rent reviews and manage arrears
• Liaise with solicitors regarding leasing documentation and compliance
