Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in a property management role
• Strong knowledge of Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
• Familiarity with Body corporate and Community Management Act
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end property management processes for owners and tenants
• Maintain accurate property records and reporting
• Build trusted relationships with property owners with clear communication and advice
• Achieve leasing outcomes aligned to market conditions and owner expectations
• Place and retain high-quality tenants within the portfolio
• Provide prompt, effective responses to tenant issues and maintenance requests
• Coordinate with caretakers, contractors, builders and body corporate for high-standard properties
• Collaborate with Azure Living Caretakers and internal teams
