JAAS Property Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio across Brisbane’s south side and Ipswich. You will manage tenant relations, leases, arrears, and regulatory compliance to deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Conduct routine inspections and property condition reports
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and tradespeople
• Manage tenant enquiries, lease renewals, rent reviews and vacates
• Handle arrears management and rental collections
• Prepare and maintain accurate property records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including RTA requirements
• Attend QCAT hearings and represent landlords when required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and service providers
• Resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication at all times
• Previous experience as a Property Manager managing your own portfolio
• Strong knowledge and experience with QCAT and RTA legislation and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
• Proficient computer skills and experience with property management software
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
