We areseekinga motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to jointheLogisticsTeam, supporting the Portfolio Manager in the day-to-day management of our growing Sydney Logistics portfoliofor a12-month fixed term contractcovering Parental Leave. This is an exciting opportunity for a propertyprofessional looking to broaden theirexpertiseacross allfacetsof property management, including tenant liaison, leasing, building operations, capital expenditure projects,financial management, and rental and capital valuations. Some travel toour SydneyOlympic Park asset will berequiredas part of the role, given its proximity to theportfolio.
With genuine scope for growth, this is a multifaceted role that will evolve as the Sydney portfolio continues to expand through the acquisition and development of new assets
Lead all commercial and tenant relationship management across the portfolio, ensuring tenant requirements are addressedin a timely manner, lease obligations are enforced, and queries relating to operational budgets are resolved effectively.
Assist the Portfolio Manager in developingand executingonstrategic asset plans, delivering leasing strategies, negotiating leases, and preparing HOA and lease documentation, along with supporting the management of tenant fit outs, makegood and capital upgrade projects.
Support the Operations Manager with the preparation of annual operational budgets, monthly forecasting and expenditure analysis, tenant communications, and other operationaland maintenancematterson foot.
Play a pivotal role intheonboardingofnearly 200,000sqm ofnewly developedLogisticsassets fromGPT'sDevelopment team.
Prepare annual statutory reviews, bi-annual valuation packs, and coordinate inspections, while taking responsibility for the approval of monthly rent rolls, incentives, leasing payments, and bank guarantee collection,exchangesand audits.
Oversee sustainability initiatives across the portfolio, ensuring data is collected,loggedand reported within agreedtimeframes.
Assist Lease Administration inmaintaininglease documentation and managing arrears, while supporting broader stakeholder engagement across the Sydney portfolio and delivering ad hoc projects to a high standard asrequired.
