The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a local residential portfolio. This is a full end-to-end role (excluding trust accounting), supported by strong systems (Console Cloud) and a team that works together on QCAT matters.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring compliance
  • Building strong landlord and tenant relationships
  • Converting warm leads into new managements where possible (bonuses provided)
  • Delivering consistent, quality service without the stress of overloaded portfolios

The Successful Candidate

  • Previous experience in Property Management
  • Current QLD Real Estate License
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays when required
  • Strong Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Valid driver's license
