Responsibilities

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Managing all facets of the portfolio – from arrears to repairs and maintenance.
  • Conducting inspections (ingoing, outgoing, periodic, and open homes).
  • Handling rental reviews, renewals, insurance claims, and tribunal prep.
  • Delivering service that keeps landlords loyal and tenants happy.
