  • Certification in WA Property Management is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a residential portfolio with a maximum of 120 properties.
  • Provide support for routine inspections and administration tasks.
  • Coordinate with shared assistants for final bonds and service needs.

  • Manage a residential portfolio which will max out at 120 with support as per below;
  • Full Routine Inspection support
  • 2 x shared hands-on Assistants for Final bonds and Administration
  • PCRS outsourced
  • No trust accounting
Skills & Experience
  • Previous Property Management experience is essential
  • WA Property Management Certificate
  • Initiative and a passion for the industry
  • A can-do attitude to deliver 5-star customer service
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
