Job description

Lois Buckett Real Estate is a family-owned boutique style Real Estate agency located in beautiful Lennox Head. We specialise in Property Management (Residential and Holiday) and Property Sales in Lennox Head, Ballina and the surrounding Hinterland.

We are seeking a Permanent Rental Property Manager for a full-time role. You will have the support of two staff members within your Property Management Team.

Working from our Lennox Village Office located across from the beach, within an encouraging and positive team environment, this position will suit an experienced Property Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

Liaising daily with tenants and landlords, with exceptional customer service

Responding to complaints and negotiating conflict for positive outcomes

Professionally communicating with contractors for maintenance works

Organising Leases, Rental Bonds, Condition Reports and Routine Inspections

The successful candidate will possess:

Proven experience as a Property Manager

NSW Certificate of Registration

NSW driver’s license

Understanding of Real Estate laws and regulations

Positive, reliable and self-motivated attitude

Exemplary attention to detail

High level of computer literacy

Resourceful with great initiative

Ability to work under pressure

We would like someone who has a passion for providing amazing customer service, who is motivated to do a great job resulting in positive outcomes.

Practical approach to Property Maintenance

Remuneration is based on experience
