Job summary

Infinity Group Australia is seeking a Residential Property Manager in Cremorne, VIC. You will oversee a high-volume portfolio, ensure tenancy compliance, review management agreements, and maintain insurance and leases.

The role requires strong attention to detail and proactive coordination with external Property Managers. The position focuses on process excellence, renewals and inspections, while upholding tenancy laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential property management experience in Australia.
• Proficiency with VIC property management legislation (mandatory).
• Current Property Management or Real Estate Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage external Property Managers to ensure client properties meet compliance and efficiency.
• Review leases for legal compliance and accuracy of terms/dates.
• Ensure timely renewals of landlord insurance and rental agreements.
• Monitor and follow up on property defects and maintenance issues.

Type: Full‑time, on‑site, Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm (WFH 1 day/week post‑probation)

Salary: $95,000 + super

The Role

As a Residential Property Manager, you’ll oversee a high-volume portfolio of client properties post‑handover, focusing on compliance, detail, and process excellence. You’ll review management agreements and leases for legalities and accuracy, ensure landlord insurance, lease renewals and rent reviews are up to date, monitor warranties and maintenance, and check routine inspection reports. You’ll need a strong backbone, exceptional attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of tenancy laws.

  What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in residential property management in Australia (ideally 5+ years)
  • Highly proficient with VIC property management legislation (mandatory)
  • Exposure and knowledge of QLD and NSW residential property management legislation (desired)
  • Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or equivalent (preferred)
  • Current Property Management or Real Estate Licence (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to push back when needed
  • Solid understanding of local tenancy laws and compliance requirements
  • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, client‑first mindset
