Belle Property Glenelg/Henley Beach has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to work within a high performing team.

We are looking for a motivated, determined, and charismatic professional looking for the opportunity to open the door into an exciting real estate career and to develop your skills and expertise.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Managing & maintaining rent roll of properties
• Building relationships & liaising with landlords adding value to their investment journey
• Answer incoming phone calls promoting an outstanding first impression
• Assist with producing all Property Management documentation, including agreements and renewals
• Assist in marketing properties to the Belle Property standard
• Book and assist with open homes and/or private viewings, as required
• Provide support to prospective tenants with information on available properties
• Process tenancy applications
• Conduct ingoing inspections and assist with preparation for ingoing tenants
• Conduct routine inspections and confidently provide feedback to the tenant
• Conducting outgoing inspections and bond resolution
• Management of repairs and maintenance
• Diary management & appointment coordination
