The Role
  • Be hands-on in managing a portfolio of 100–130 properties with the support of dedicated offshore, leasing, and field staff
  • Coach and support team members to ensure ongoing growth and success within the department
  • Oversee the property management operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Use your client centric mindset and strong communication skills to nurture relationships with landlords and tenants alike
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and retention
  • Improve operational processes by identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Act as the key escalation point for tenant and landlord concerns, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction
  • Monitor and achieve the KPIs set by the department
Skills & Experience
  • Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration
  • At least 4+ years’ experience as a Property Manager with leadership exposure
  • A current valid QLD Driver’s License
  • Passionate about individual and team growth
  • Demonstrated resilience and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine love of Property Management and people

Please note that Chinese-speaking skills are not required, though cultural awareness and adaptability is highly valued.
