Job summary

JLL is seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance operations for a diverse property portfolio. You will partner with the client's finance team and Property Managers to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

The role requires a qualified CA/CPA, 8+ years in property and trust accounting, and experience leading small teams. Strong Excel skills and IFRS know-how are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification required.
• 8+ years of property and trust accounting experience.
• Experience leading small teams in a managerial or team-lead capacity.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and solid accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the client's finance team and Property Managers.
• Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Set, monitor, and report annual performance goals and KPIs.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance capabilities.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with Trust Accounting and Property Accounting policies.
