Job summary

JM consulting in Sydney seeks a disputes lawyer/associate with 3-5 years PQE to specialise in property and leasing litigation. You will work closely with a leading partner on a broad range of disputes involving major landlords, property owners and managers.

You will gain exposure from initial advice through to resolution, with opportunities to appear in State and Federal courts and develop your advocacy skills in a supportive, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• Experience in property and leasing disputes is preferred.
• Strong drafting skills and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of property-related disputes.
• Assist in strategy, pleadings, and transactions.
• Appear in State and Federal Courts and tribunals as required.
