Job summary

MCG Quantity Surveyors is seeking a Property Assets Support person to assist the Site Services Team. The role involves property inspections, customer interactions, and coordinating with managers and clients to drive service quality.

You will travel locally and occasionally interstate, using measurement tools and documenting site information while maintaining professional presentation and strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Customer Services Experience not essential but is desirable
• Sales Experience is beneficial
• A valid Australian Drivers Licence is required
• Training and support provided to fulfil the role requirements

Responsibilities

• Regular monitoring of Google calendar and Google Maps before attending a property inspections
• Taking measurements of buildings using laser measurer, tape measure or wheel
• Gathering information during property inspections
• Uploading information, photos and floor plan sketches for each inspection
• Liaising with clients, property managers, tenants and owners as required
• Identifying sales opportunities during customer interactions and promoting services
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
• Travel to local, rural and interstate locations as required
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during visits and interactions
• Perform secondary tasks as required
