Job summary

Bendigo Kangan Institute is seeking a Property and Asset Advisor to support the institute's property portfolio, leasing activities, and strategic asset management across multi-campus sites.

The role offers a hands-on, varied portfolio with exposure to commercial leasing, space planning, and project initiatives within a small, high-performing team. Hybrid work arrangements are available across multiple BKI locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, asset management, facilities management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Experience interpreting contracts and compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial lease agreements and administration.
• Be main contact for landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate renewals, obligations, invoicing, and compliance.
• Support space management and business-case development.
• Maintain property records and respond to enquiries.
• Liaise with government agencies on property matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
• Provide advice across property and commercial activities.
