Job summary

Colliers is seeking an experienced Property Accounting leader to oversee our national property accounting and client reporting function within Real Estate Management Services (REMS).

You will partner with senior leadership, lead a specialised team and drive improvements across finance, systems and operations, delivering exceptional client outcomes and strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in property accounting, trust accounting or real estate finance.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience improving systems, processes and operational efficiency.
• CPA or CA qualification preferred.
