Qualifications

• Experience in safe systems of work for construction outcomes.
• Experience in earthworks, general construction and project daily activities.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead with contracting partners in a collaborative manner.
• Ability to interpret design drawings and technical specs.
• Willingness to drive continuous improvement in projects delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of active projects and contracting partners to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Support safe and health-related front-end management.
• Lead construction activities to monitor and report quality, cost, schedule and risks.
• Consult with line leadership and stakeholders to underpin project safety and success.
