Job summary

Entire Building Services seeks an experienced project and minor works carpenter to carry out carpentry works across Victoria council properties and other sites. The role offers variety and daily challenges, with focus on quality and timely delivery.

You will bring prior carpentry/maintenance experience, knowledge of OH&S best practices, and clear communication skills. A White Construction Card is required to commence work in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry/maintenance in council properties or similar
• Knowledge of OH&S best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• White Construction Card is required

Responsibilities

• Minor works and project carpentry across varied environments
• Attend to ad-hoc maintenance requests and complete repairs promptly across properties
• Ensure timely maintenance throughout the property/location

Key responsibilities

Minor works and project carpentry works with a multitude of environments

Ensuring all ad-hoc maintenance requests are attended to and completing the repair and maintenance throughout the property/location in a timely manner

About you
