Job summary

ABB Australia Process Industries Division in Brisbane seeks a seasoned Project Administrator to provide project support at the business level. You will coordinate delivery activities, assist with procurement, and backfill workloads as needed.

You will monitor budgets, risks, and schedules, maintain SAP-based financials and invoicing, and ensure accurate records for successful project closure within an onsite/hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Project Administration.
• You are highly skilled in Contract Management and SAP and work well in a team.
• Strong in Financial Analysis, Cost Control, Contract Management, Risk Mitigation and Cash Flow Management.
• Experience with ABB BOL and SAP ERP (PS, SD, CS).
• Degree or demonstrated track record in Business Administration and Finance.

Responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide project administrative services at the business level. Each day, you will perform project administrative activities. You will also showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.

The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid

This role is contributing to the ABB Australia Process Industries Division, base in Brisbane.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Coordinate project delivery activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with contractual requirements.

• Manage procurement, resource coordination, and supplier engagement to support efficient project execution.

• Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and schedules, providing accurate reporting and recommending corrective actions where required.

• Maintain project financials, invoicing, SAP updates, and documentation, ensuring accurate records and successful project closure.

Qualifications for the role
