Job summary

Mackay Hospital and Health Service’s Integrated Health unit at Mackay Base Hospital is seeking a Project Support Officer (GPLO) on a temporary basis. You will maintain relationships with GPLU, HHS, and key partners, provide high-level administrative support, and assist with IT integration and data monitoring for Integrated Health projects.

Qualifications

• High level administration skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and maintain deadlines.
• Provide administration support to the General Practice Liaison Unit.
• Assist with IT integration and data monitoring for projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships between GPLU, Mackay HHS, and stakeholders.
• Provide administration support and assist with stakeholder engagement.
• Attend meetings and educational events relevant to Integrated Health.
• Support KPI delivery and maintain relevant databases.
