SNAICC – National Voice for our Children is seeking a Project Officer to design and deliver cultural responsiveness and trauma-informed training for the child and family sector across Australia. The role requires strong organisation, research and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.

The position is full-time (76 hours per fortnight), fixed-term for 18 months, with a salary in the range of $113,330 to $118,507 plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging

Qualifications

• Identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
• Experience delivering training packages.
• Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and analyse underlying social and economic disadvantages.
• Experience designing and delivering training packages.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to design and development of cultural responsiveness and trauma-informed skills for the sector workforce.
• Support delivery of training to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled organisations and non-Indigenous services across Australia.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key projects on time and within budget.
