The Project Officers in the Housing Development Branch will place a key role in providing support services to the project team who are focused on delivering the Government's agenda of increasing access to affordable housing for Victorians.

The role will primarily focus on the delivery of Housing Australia Future Fund projects in partnership with the Community Housing sector, and may support other Delivery team projects at development and delivery phases, including procurement and reporting.

THE ROLEThe Project Officers in the Housing Development Branch will place a key role in providing support services to the project team who are focused on delivering the Government's agenda of increasing access to affordable housing for Victorians. The role will primarily focus on the delivery of Housing Australia Future Fund projects in partnership with the Community Housing sector. Where required, the Project Officer will support other Delivery team projects at the development and delivery phases, the procurement of contracted services and products, reporting and ongoing process improvement. Projects are located both in metropolitan Melbourne and in regional Victoria and include a variety of apartment, townhouse and subdivision developments.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDEDemonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department's ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective support and services.Support the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including project development and delivery, monitoring and evaluation.Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions.Please open the position description to read more.HOW TO APPLYApplicants are encouraged to apply online.
