The Housing Delivery Authority (HDA), supported by the Panels and Housing Delivery Division, has been established within the department to oversee a new State significant development approval pathway for major residential housing projects and state-led rezonings.

Bring your high-level secretariat and project coordination abilities as a Project Officer within our awesome team.
You will coordinate HDA panel activities by working closely with internal stakeholders, planning teams and government agencies. You will prepare high-quality stakeholder communications, agendas, minutes, Ministerial reports, briefing papers and contentious issues briefs to support transparent, accurate and timely information sharing and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and consistency, and provide recommendations to address operational issues.
You will be highly organised, analytical and solutions-focused, with advanced computer and data management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes to support us in our mission to providing housing for the people and communities of our beautiful state.
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience are essential.
