  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $119,329 to $134,463 + super

As a Planning Officer Assessments within the Housing Delivery Authority, you'll help shape the future of NSW by contributing to the assessment of significant housing and development projects that support the state's growth and housing objectives.

Working alongside experienced planners and technical specialists, you'll analyse complex planning matters, prepare high-quality reports and recommendations, engage with a broad range of stakeholders, and help drive timely, evidence-based decision making. About you

You are a motivated planning professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working collaboratively and making a positive impact on communities across NSW.

You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate planning issues and develop practical solutions, the ability to translate technical information into clear, concise and accessible advice and reports and a collaborative approach where you build productive relationships with colleagues, government agencies, councils, industry representatives and community stakeholders.

A degree qualification, and ability to travel and Class C Driver's Licence essential (not negotiable).
