Overview

CRVCID 703586. This is a Fixed Term Part Time appointment for 30.40 hours until 30 January 2027.

Position Profile

The FH in Kids Project is a key pillar in the strategy to improve the wellbeing of children and families with FH in Western Australia. This position works collaboratively with the Consultant – General Paediatrics, CAHS staff, health professionals, relevant stakeholders and consumers to plan, implement and evaluate FH service development initiatives. The role is responsible for coordination of all project functions including facilitation, liaison and communication with and between stakeholders, outcomes report production, budget management, governance oversight, managing risk, and provision of executive support to Committees governing the project. The successful applicant will maintain sound project documentation and records, including developing required information systems to support project objectives.
