Job summary

Technology CII is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse automation projects across the ANZ region. You will work with customers and internal teams to deliver on time and within scope, coordinating testing, integration activities, and risk management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within logistics, automation, or 3PL, with strong English and Mandarin and willingness to travel across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, automation or IT.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, automation or 3PL.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across APAC.
• Ability to travel frequently across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project management lifecycle for warehouse automation projects.
• Develop project process plan and negotiate with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Track progress and report to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular meetings to gather business requirements and provide professional consultation.
• Assist in integration testing, system testing, UAT and implementation activities.
• Supervise junior colleagues on project risks and ensure delivery per milestones.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse automation and robotics implementation projects across the ANZ region, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Description

What you have to do

• Responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle. Develop the project process plan and negotiate with both internal stakeholders and customers
• Keep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverable
• Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, thus to provide professional consultation to stakeholders
• Assist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and all kinds of implementation activities
• Supervise and support junior colleagues on project risks measures, and ensure project delivery accordingly to the project milestones

Profile

The ideal candidate has project management experience in logistics, warehouse operations, automation, or supply chain solutions, and can effectively manage stakeholders, risks, testing, and project delivery while collaborating across the Asia-Pacific region

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering and Automation, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in handling projects, possess good project management skills, and being able to use various tools to support project delivery
• Knowledge in warehouse operations, logistic management, or solution design in 3PL, automation and related fields
• Organised and detail-minded, with strong communication and negotiation skills, with previous work record working directly with customers for project implementation
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Frequent business travel is required within Asia-Pacific region including but not limited to China, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and Malaysia
