Talent Edge PTY is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of major complex buildings from inception to completion in Australia. You will engage with a multidisciplinary team, drive delivery, and maintain controls over scope, budget, and quality.

You will manage stakeholders, procurement, design management, and contract administration across industrial and civil infrastructure projects for Tier 1 clients, delivering innovative solutions and value.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with formal qualifications in project management, design, engineering or similar.
• Experience across design management, procurement and tender management, and construction delivery.
• Experience in the Australian construction market, including industrial, retail, estate works, buildings services -MEP, commercial, public infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver projects to budget and quality.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring projects are scoped, designed, built, and delivered to meet budget and quality expectations
• Managing stakeholders – your team, the client, subcontractors and other relevant personnel
• Establishing strong working relationships with delivery partners to ensure relevant scopes of work are in accordance with requirements of the package of works
• Managing all aspects of project delivery, including design management, from concept to delivery stage
• Overseeing procurement planning and execution – RFIs, tendering, analysing, recommending, and awarding
• Contract management, Identifying and managing construction risks, ensuring safe sites and escalating issues when required
• Maintaining regular meetings and reports to ensure projects are on track.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Demonstrated experience across at least two of: design management and approvals phase, contractor procurement and tender management phase, construction delivery and superintendence phase.
• Experience in construction and property with demonstrated experience in the Australian construction market;industrial, retail, estate works, buildings services -MEP, commercial, public/social infrastructure.
• Critical thinking and ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
