Job description

Role Summary

The project manager is required to provide operational and project management support in the company and during external partnering events. This position plays an important role in the full lifecycle of mRNA therapeutics development from researching, creating new opportunities and building relationships with current/potential clients and strategic partners, providing them with effective solutions, supervising progress project, and managing records and data documents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expertise in the design, modification, and optimization of mRNA/Circular RNA/siRNA drugs for different therapeutic programs.
Provide support in study proposals for evaluating the activities of the mRNA/Circular RNA/siRNA drugs using appropriate biological systems, screen and identify the leads.
Work closely with cross-functional team members on multiple projects simultaneously.
Identify the latest technology trends and domain trends and provide innovative solutions for program development.
Work with teams to develop price estimate and coordinate delivery of the end-to-end technology capability solution and report project status.

Basic Qualifications

Ph.D. degree in biology or chemistry with at least 3 years of RNA drug design experience.
Solid understanding in RNA biology and the area of design of pharmacologically active mRNA/CircularRNA/siRNA.
Demonstrated innovation with a track record in molecular design of novel RNA therapeutics/vaccines with an ability to be creative and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability and desire to work collaboratively on inter-disciplinary projects that span the chemical, analytical, formulation, and biological sciences.
Exceptional written/oral communication and inter-personal skills.
