Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead the Hotels Strategy & Transformation program on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will drive end-to-end project delivery across Gaming Compliance, AML, and Responsible Gaming, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with regulatory changes and business needs.

Reporting to the Senior Transformation Lead, you will establish governance cadences, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery while leveraging

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in large, complex matrix organisations.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (PMBOK, Agile) and scheduling/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of inter-linked initiatives from scoping to delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans and risk registers using Smartsheet.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ALH Transformation, Technology, Commercial, Gaming Operations, Advanced Analytics, Endeavour X, Legal & Regulatory, Loyalty, and Data Governance & Privacy.
• Establish governance cadences, track milestones, and report progress to keep delivery on track.
• Partner with business and technology to design, iterate, and roll out effective solutions.

2 year Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a capable and collaborative Project Manager to join our Hotels Strategy & Transformation team on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering critical initiatives across Gaming Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Responsible Gaming (RG)-including cutting-edge programs in Transaction Monitoring, Data Integration, and Facial Recognition Technology (FRT). Reporting to the Senior Transformation Lead, you will play a central role in positioning our gaming operations to meet an evolving regulatory landscape, changing market trends, and consumer needs while ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

• End to end project delivery of complex, inter-linked initiatives from detailed scoping and requirements gathering through to solution delivery.
• Planning & Risk Management to build and manage detailed project plans using Smartsheet, incorporating comprehensive risk registers.
• Stakeholder Collaboration with daily management and engagement with cross-functional teams including ALH Transformation, Technology (and external partners like Light & Wonder), Commercial, Gaming Operations, Advanced Analytics, Endeavour X, Legal & Regulatory, Loyalty, and Data Governance & Privacy.
• Establish governance cadences, track clear milestones, and maintain regular reporting to keep project delivery on track.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and operational business partners to capture requirements and partner with technology teams to design, iterate, and roll out effective solutions.

Now let’s talk about you:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within large, complex matrix organisations, ideally leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Project Delivery Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile), scheduling, and tools (including Smartsheet, presentation, and data tools).
• Problem-Solving & Commercial Acumen: Ability to critically navigate known and unfamiliar challenges, translating business strategy into clear, meaningful action.

Desirable:

• Background or domain experience in Gaming, AML/CTF, or Responsible Gaming.
• Exposure to technology solutions such as Transaction Monitoring, eKYC, or Facial Recognition Technology (FRT).
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Technology, and/or formal Project Management certification.
