A leading energy provider in Tasmania seeks a Project Manager to lead the delivery of hydropower refurbishment projects. With the help of over 30,000 people over 100 years, we have built, maintained, and refurbished hydropower infrastructure across Tasmania. We’re fuelling the future of energy with the power of the past, and we need skilled and reliable people to join us as we look ahead to a suite of major refurbishments of our power stations in line with our Major Works program.

To put it simply…you’ll use your technical experience to deliver refurbishment projects that secure Tasmania’s renewable energy future. You’ll lead projects from design through to delivery, ensuring replacements and upgrades of assets that have been powering the state for over a century. This position is a 12-month max term opportunity.
As a Project Manager in the Major Works team, you will be:
You’re an experienced project manager who thrives in complex technical environments and knows how to bring people together to deliver results. With qualifications in engineering, project management or a related field, you have proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and design through to contracting, delivery and handover.
