Fleetwood Construction in New South Wales seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead modular construction projects from award through handover. You will manage scope, budget, schedule and safety, coordinating clients, consultants and subcontractors to achieve milestones while upholding Fleetwood’s quality standards.

The role demands strong commercial acumen, leadership across project teams, and a hands-on approach to delivery with a focus on value, safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Five years minimum in a Project Manager role within construction.
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects, preferably Tier 1/2.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and contract administration.
• Experience developing and managing project programmes using MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery from award to handover.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and milestones (MS Project).
• Monitor performance against scope, budget, quality and safety.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting.
• Review contracts and documentation to identify risks and requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and resources to meet objectives.
• Provide accurate project reporting on financials, status and milestones.
