Job summary

Bama Projects is seeking a Site/Project Manager to coordinate daily planning and on-site operations across landscape construction and building projects in Cairns. You will oversee scope changes, trades coordination, and program schedules to ensure projects are delivered to client standards.

Qualifications include a QBCC Builders license, at least 3 years’ experience delivering landscape and building works, strong MS Project skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• QBCC Builders license.
• Minimum 3 years' experience delivering landscape construction and building projects.
• Strong project management skills (including MS Project).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage changes to project scope
• Build, develop and grow business relationships
• Effectively supervise, advise and mentor project staff
• Coordinate the various trades and materials
• Analyse project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilisation
• Oversee the variation process
• Prepare and authorise project program schedules
