The Role

The successful candidate is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Defence Joint, Air or Land domains. This position will join our Joint, Air and Land (JAL) team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our established experts in maritime, national security, and change/culture management.

You will be responsible for delivering project management and consulting services to Defence clients—primarily within Joint, Air or Land domain environments. This role involves supporting project outcomes in a consulting context, so excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the Joint, Air or Land domain, including management of programmes or projects
  • Working knowledge of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS)
  • Active NV1 security clearance (or higher)
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail, with strong planning and communication capabilities
  • Resilient, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Project Management experience in CASG, Defence Headquarters or Defence Industry
  • Relevant qualifications and/or accreditations in Project Management
  • Working knowledge of the ASDEFCON suite
