Currie & Brown in Australia is seeking a Project Manager to lead hotel and F&B projects, manage client relationships, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time, within budget and to Currie & Brown’s quality standards. You will develop programmes, manage budgets, risk registers, tender processes, and ensure compliance with Australian codes and WHS.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years’ project management experience.
• Degree in M&E/Civil Eng, Architecture or PM.
• Professional attitude to work, business and appearance.
• Understanding of current industry trends; willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Confident, energetic self-starter.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for assigned projects.
• Build relationships through delivering exceptional client service, whether internal or external.
• Deliver full lifecycle of Hotel and F&B projects, from feasibility through to handover.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, programs, risk registers, and progress reports.
• Lead project teams and coordinate all on-site and off-site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while meeting Currie & Brown’s high standards of quality and compliance.
• Oversee tender processes, contractor appointments, and contract administration.
• Monitor progress and performance against KPIs and report to senior management and clients.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Australian building codes, compliance, and WHS regulations.

Job Requirement

• 2-10 years’ experience in project management or related discipline e.g. engineering, building, architecture or quantity surveying
• Educated to a degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as: M&E/Civil Engineering, Architecture or Project Management
• Professional attitude to work, business and appearance
• Understanding of current industry trends and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Confident, energetic and an ambitious self-starter
