Job summary

TechnologyOne is seeking a Project Manager to deliver customer projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes. You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and drive governance and risk management.

You will build strong relationships, mentor colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement. A PRINCE2 or PMI certification and excellent communication are essential, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple projects and achieving customer outcomes.
• PRINCE2 or PMI certification is required.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with peers at a variety of levels.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Knowledge of TechnologyOne products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple concurrent projects on time, within budget, and to agreed customer outcomes.
• Manage project scope, risks, budgets, resources, and timelines using established delivery methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through clear communication.
• Drive project governance including reporting, change control, and risk management.
• Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS standards.
