Overview

Data Migration Project Management Services. The Data Migration Project Manager resource will report to the Principal Program Director and will be required to:

Responsibilities

• Review Data Migration Strategy and develop/maintain Data Migration plan including scope, schedule, cost, quality, organisation, communication, staffing, risk and issue management.
• Work with solution architect(s) and developers to design and implement all components of the data migration solution, including ensuring appropriate socialisation and approval.
• Ensure Customer needs are met and managed at all times.
• Preparation of project artefacts as required by the Program Delivery Manager.
• Effective planning, monitoring and management throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide support and direction to the team.
• Maintain healthy communication channels internally and externally.
• Identify potential conflicts or issues and proactively manage project changes.
• Ensure project is driven at all times.
• Preparation and delivery of project management reports for senior management.
• Manage the data migration schedule and resources.
