You’ll need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role with Tier 1 & 2 builders.
• Proven Project Management/Coordination background in Façade, Aluminium, or Windows & Doors.
• Technical understanding of facade systems.
• Full understanding of the project lifecycle — design, programming, budgets, contracts, site management, procurement, cost control, ITPs, etc.
• Excellent organisational, documentation, and communication skills.
