Job summary

Amida Group in Sydney is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join a boutique PM consultancy with a strong pipeline across tertiary education projects up to $60m+. You will come from head contractor or client/consultancy side with client-side experience preferred, and enjoy excellent progression opportunities.

You're expected to manage regulatory approvals, design coordination, stakeholders, health and safety, program management, contracts, and cost control across education projects,

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or similar
• 3-7+ years' experience in a client-side PM role; head contractor experience would also be ideal
• Proven end to end project management skills from concept through to completion
• Exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths
• Experience of end-to-end project management on a variety of building projects would be an advantage
• Experience of running multiple smaller projects or larger projects

Candidates can come from Head Contractor or Client/Consultancy Side but ideally will have some client/consultancy side experience.

Our client is a leading boutique project management consultancy with an established pipeline across tertiary education project from smaller up to $60m+. They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team in Sydney.

The candidate can come from a head contractor, or a client side/consultancy background however ideally will have some client side/consultancy experience. Excellent progression opportunities available and interesting work load.

Ideally candidates will have experience on education projects however other sectors experience is also fine.

Years of experience:

3 - 7 years +
