Job summary

Amida Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their boutique PM consultancy, handling education/student accommodation projects up to $60m+. The role welcomes candidates from head contractor or client/consultancy sides, with strong progression opportunities.

You will manage regulatory approvals, design coordination, stakeholder liaison, health and safety, program management, contracts, and construction delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or similar.
• A minimum of 3-7+ years’ experience in a client-side PM role, head contractor experience would also be ideal.
• Proven end-to-end project management skills from concept through to completion.
• Exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths.
• Experience of end-to-end project management on a variety of building projects would be an advantage.
• Experience of running multiple smaller projects or larger projects.

Our client is a leading boutique project management consultancy with an established pipeline across tertiary education/student accommodation projects from smaller up to $60m+. They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team in Sydney.

The candidate can come from a head contractor, or a client side/consultancy background however ideally will have some client side/consultancy experience. Excellent progression opportunities available and interesting work load.

Ideally candidates will have experience on education/student accommodation projects however other sectors experience is also fine.

Years of experience:

3 - 7 years +
