Job summary

Randstad's client, a premier Tier-2 builder, is seeking a Project Manager to lead a $100M+ commercial and residential development in the ECI phase. You will own the full lifecycle from design through handover, drive value engineering, manage high-level stakeholders, and deliver on budget and schedule.

You should have a proven track record in delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects in tier 1/2 space, with strong capabilities in programme management, procurement, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in tier 1/2 space.
• Strong capability in construction programmes, master scheduling, and sequencing trades to meet deadlines.
• Relevant degree or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, QS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality processes and delivery across projects and team.
• Manage RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.

To lead their latest flagship project, they are appointing a high-caliber Project Manager to take charge of a marquee $100M+ Development currently in the ECI phase. Stepping into full project ownership, you will steer the entire lifecycle, driving value engineering, optimizing commercial outcomes, managing high-level stakeholder relationships, and cultivating a high-performance site team.

The Role

• Project Manager joining a well established team delivering a $100m+ Development in the ECI stage.
• You will forecast and manage project budgets
• Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team
• Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants
• Procurement including scope of work & tender package.
• Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable and demonstrated history of successfully delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in the tier 1/2 space.
• Advanced capability in managing construction programmes, master scheduling, and effectively sequencing trades to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in industry-standard construction management software (e.g., Procore, Hammertech, or equivalent platforms).
• A natural leadership ability to drive projects forward while establishing, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• A relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
