Job summary

Durack Civil on the Gold Coast is seeking a seasoned Civil Project Manager to lead civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top safety and quality standards.

You''ll coordinate with clients, stakeholders and on-site teams, develop schedules and resource plans, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery while complying with legislation and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license.

Position Overview:
