Job summary

iVEGA Global in Sydney, NSW is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule and budgets, and ensure successful delivery.

The role requires governance, reporting, vendor management, and strong stakeholder communication, with preference for Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery environments and a solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT project management experience, preferably within large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing complex technology projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong experience working with multiple technology teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum and/or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery lifecycles.
• Experience working with technology teams across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, APIs or digital platforms.
• Strong project governance and reporting experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendors and third-party suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
