Job summary

INSITE Residential in Perth is seeking an experienced construction professional to step up, take ownership and grow with the business. You'll gain exposure across estimating, scheduling, procurement and project delivery while working closely with directors, trades, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving and deliver high-quality homes.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in the Perth residential construction industry, experience with reading drawings, and a strong commercial mindset.

Our team brings together experience across construction, estimating, project management and development, allowing us to approach projects from both a construction and commercial perspective.

We're now looking for an experienced construction professional who is ready to step up, take ownership and grow with the business.

This is not a role where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day. You'll have exposure across estimating, scheduling, procurement and project delivery, working closely with our directors, trades, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving and achieve great outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who is organised, switched-on and genuinely enjoys construction.

You might currently be working in estimating, scheduling, site supervision or project coordination and be ready for the next step in your career.

You'll ideally have:

3-5+ years' experience in the Perth residential construction industry

Experience across single and double-storey residential projects

Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Experience with estimating, scheduling or construction supervision

Strong numerical and commercial understanding

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team

The confidence to communicate with clients, trades, suppliers and consultants

A genuine interest in building and delivering quality projects
