Job summary

The Dubbo office of a regional NSW construction group is seeking a Project Manager to lead D&C projects across public and private sector clients. You will be responsible for delivering projects from conception to completion, on time and within budget, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Construction Management or related field, have 2+ years as a Project Manager, and a proven track record delivering projects over $5m.

Qualifications

• D&C experience required.
• Degree in Construction Management or related qualification.
• Experience on private and public sector projects.
• 2+ years as a Project Manager.
• Delivered projects valued over $5m.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Cheops, Jobpac, Procure or similar.
• Proven track record of finishing projects on time and on budget.
• Passionate about construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead D&C projects for regional NSW from Dubbo office.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget with safety and quality focus.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Utilize MS Project/Cheops/Jobpac/Procure for planning and tracking.

Company:

A Construction business established for over 25 years in regional NSW. They are a D&C builder who work with public and private sector clients delivering projects in Commercial, Education, Health/Aged Care, Justice,Industrial and Hospitality up to $50m in value. As a leading construction company, they are a preferred builder on several government funded schemes and with ongoing contracts and stability. They have recently been awarded the next phase in a roll out of government sector projects and also some larger commercial projects. Due to a busy work pipeline they have several management opportunities available.

We are now looking for a Project Manager to join the Dubbo office and work on active D&C projects throughout regional NSW.

Role & Responsibilities:

To be shortlisted for this role you will be a Project Manager who has the following experience:

• D&C experience


• A degree in Construction Management or related qualification


• Experience across private and public related projects


• 2 years + as a Project Manager


• Successfully delivered projects in excess of $5m in value.


• Be proficient in Microsoft Project, Cheops, Jobpac, Procure, or similar


• A proven track record of finishing multiple projects on time and budget


• Be passionate about construction
