Role Description

Project Manager

Location : Melbourne, Australia

Salary: AUD 150,742– 171,215 Annual Gross

Please Note: The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes

Roles and Responsibilities

• Liaison with client Product Owner/SMEs to gather functional requirements
• Participate in workflow analysis and business process analysis to identify and clarify requirements, current-future state identification and contribute to the redesign
• Constantly focusing on value-driven delivery, motivating the teams in delivering their commitment
• Liaise with all the connecting teams (scrum of scrums) to resolve dependencies and create the overall implementation roadmap
• Participating in Design Sprints
• Validate the functional design
• Help prioritize backlogs
• Ensure best design practices are followed.
• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution and closure.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies.
