Job summary

Resolution Life Australasia is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to join a complex transformation program within the Integration Management Office. You will own integrated roadmaps, master schedules, dependencies, risks and executive reporting, collaborating with senior stakeholders, Product Owners and delivery teams to drive outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have advanced JIRA/Confluence, strong governance capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale change.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to join a complex transformation program within the Integration Management Office (IMO). This is an opportunity for a seasoned delivery professional who can hit the ground running from day one, taking ownership of integrated roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting with minimal direction or support. The successful candidate will be confident operating in a fast-paced environment, partnering with senior stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to drive outcomes, identify and resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear visibility of program progress and impacts.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong Project Management fundamentals and advanced expertise in JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, roadmap development, project planning, and delivery scheduling. You will have a proven track record of creating executive-ready presentations and project artefacts independently, interpreting strategic direction and translating it into actionable plans without requiring extensive guidance. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity, facilitate planning activities, manage cross-program dependencies, and drive accountability across both business and technology teams. The key to success in this role is the ability to quickly reduce team workload by taking ownership and delivering with a high degree of autonomy.

How will you make an impact?

• Take ownership of the integrated program roadmap, master schedule, and key delivery artefacts, ensuring alignment across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Identify, manage, and proactively resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and delivery issues before they impact program outcomes.
• Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, and senior stakeholders to drive accountability, align priorities, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Produce executive-ready reporting, presentations, dashboards, and status updates that provide clear visibility of progress, risks, and critical milestones.
• Leverage advanced JIRA and Confluence expertise to maintain accurate project tracking, documentation, and delivery governance standards.
• Facilitate planning and coordination activities across business and technology teams, ensuring milestones, roadmaps, and delivery schedules remain achievable and integrated.
• Bring a highly autonomous, hands-on approach, quickly embedding into the program and reducing team workload by delivering with minimal oversight from day one.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale transformation, integration, or complex change programs.
• Strong project management fundamentals, with expertise in building and managing roadmaps, project plans, delivery schedules, and dependency frameworks.
• Advanced working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, with the ability to independently establish, maintain, and report on project activities and outcomes.
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive reporting skills, with demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, executive-ready presentations and artefacts.
• A highly autonomous and self-sufficient approach, with the ability to quickly understand business context, take ownership, and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with confidence working closely with senior leaders, executive audiences, and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and facilitation capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
