We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to join a complex transformation program within the Integration Management Office (IMO). This is an opportunity for a seasoned delivery professional who can hit the ground running from day one, taking ownership of integrated roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting with minimal direction or support. The successful candidate will be confident operating in a fast-paced environment, partnering with senior stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to drive outcomes, identify and resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear visibility of program progress and impacts.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong Project Management fundamentals and advanced expertise in JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, roadmap development, project planning, and delivery scheduling. You will have a proven track record of creating executive-ready presentations and project artefacts independently, interpreting strategic direction and translating it into actionable plans without requiring extensive guidance. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity, facilitate planning activities, manage cross-program dependencies, and drive accountability across both business and technology teams. The key to success in this role is the ability to quickly reduce team workload by taking ownership and delivering with a high degree of autonomy.
