Job summary

AKG Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new health system within the AKG Workplace Health Services Division. You will work with the PMO to ensure efficient delivery and alignment of tools and methods, delivering key outcomes to standard AKG requires.

You will manage budgets, track expenses, report financial status to senior leaders, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering health software or IT system implementations.
• Experience managing budgets of AUD 1M–5M.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to align tools and techniques to deliver project standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the health system within AKG Workplace Health Services.
• Work with the PMO to ensure efficiency and alignment of tools and techniques.
• Manage budgets, track expenses and report financial status to senior leaders.
• Communicate status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee all project lifecycle phases and provide direction to cross-functional teams.

The opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedProjectManager to lead the implementation of the new health system within the AKG Workplace Health Services Division. Work as part of the AKG Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure organisational efficiency and alignment of tools and techniques to deliver the project to a standard expected within AKG. Youwillplayapivotalroleensuringall key deliverablesaremet.

Managing budgets, tracking expenses and reporting financial status to senior leaders

Communicatewith managementonstatusofprojectandreportingupdates

Utilise your experience to anticipate risks and implement strategies to manage and mitigate any risks

Hold Project Management Tertiary qualifications – preferred not essential
