• Ability to deliver large-scale, high-value projects on time, within budget, and to strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of industrial, warehousing, and data centre projects.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget, risks, and quality outcomes.
• Drive project execution from design development through to practical completion and handover.
• Act as primary interface between client, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Facilitate clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee contract administration including head contracts and subcontract packages.
• Manage variations, claims, and cost reporting in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Ensure strong cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Enforce high standards of safety across all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, authority requirements, and client standards.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture on site.
