Job summary

Eldercare, based at our Head Office in Eastwood, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across our aged care facilities and retirement living sites.

You will work within Eldercare’s Portfolio Management Office, collaborating with General Managers and external consultants to drive strategic initiatives, clinical projects, and continuous improvement, while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).
• Experience in a structured PMO framework.
• High-level proficiency in Excel, Scheduling Tools, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong project management capability with a customer-service mindset.
• Excellent communication with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to critically analyse design proposals and improve delivery methods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritise and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects from concept to close, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with General Managers, Functional Leads, Site Operations Managers and external consultants to drive outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project systems, processes and documentation within Eldercare’s PMO.

Remuneration: $130,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience + 5000km travel allowance + super

About the Role

This is a dynamic, people‑focused role that requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate complex environments. You’ll contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance while supporting Eldercare’s commitment to delivering exceptional care for older South Australians.

In this pivotal role, you will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects that directly support Eldercare’s model of care across our residential aged care facilities and retirement living sites. You’ll be responsible for managing end‑to‑end project delivery - from concept phase, planning and resourcing, through to execution, monitoring, and close‑out - ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working within Eldercare’s Portfolio Management Office, you’ll collaborate closely with General Managers, Functional Leads, Site Operations Managers, and external consultants. Your work will span strategic initiatives, clinical projects, and hands‑on project management activities. You’ll also play a key role in continuous improvement, helping refine project systems, processes, and documentation to strengthen organisational capability.

What You Will Bring
